Seller finance takeover

Can't sell your home? We'll take it.

Get your full asking price. We take your home on terms, sell it, and pay you. No price cuts, no more showings, no more mortgage payments.

Who this fits

We buy homes across Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Pickens and the rest of the Upstate. If your home is in one of these spots, we should talk.

  • A listing that has sat for months with no real offers

  • A higher-priced or luxury home with a small pool of buyers

  • A vacation rental or second home that no longer pays for itself

  • A home you inherited and do not want to manage

  • A house with a mortgage you need out from under

  • Anything that is not moving at the price you need

How it works

Three steps. Your attorney reviews every page before you sign anything.

  1. Step 1: Tell us about the home

Address, the price you need, what you owe, and how fast you need to move. Takes two minutes on the form below.

  2. Step 2: We make a written offer on terms

We agree to pay your asking price over time, take over the payments and the upkeep, and put it in writing. Your attorney reviews it. You decide.

  3. Step 3: We sell it and pay you

We market the home, carry it, and sell it to a buyer. You get paid on the schedule in the agreement, with your loan paid off at the sale.

Tell us about your home

We reply within one business day. Nothing you send here commits you to anything.

The price you need to get.

No fees to talk. No obligation. We reply within one business day.

Questions sellers ask

What does "on terms" mean?

Instead of paying cash at closing, we agree to pay your price over time. You keep a lien on the home until you are paid in full, the same way a bank would.

What happens to my mortgage?

We make the payments on it from the day we take the home. When we sell to the end buyer, your loan is paid off at that closing.

What if you do not sell it?

The agreement sets a deadline and what happens if it is missed. In most cases the home comes back to you with the payments made and the upkeep done. Your attorney will see every term before you sign.

Do I pay a commission or fees?

No. There is no listing commission and no fee to us. The price we agree on is the price you receive.

Every agreement is prepared by a South Carolina attorney and recorded. Nothing on this page is a commitment until both sides sign.
