Building in Pickens County

Pickens County is the foothills: Table Rock, Lake Keowee, Lake Jocassee and the Blue Ridge Escarpment on the north end, Easley, Liberty, Central and Clemson on the south end along US-123. Easley is the largest city and sits 15 miles west of Greenville. Clemson University is the biggest employer, followed by Prisma Health Baptist Easley, the School District of Pickens County and the manufacturers along SC-93 and US-123. The whole county is one school district, which keeps things simple. Lots in Pickens County are generally cheaper than Greenville County and the commute is easy: Easley to downtown Greenville is about 25 minutes on US-123 and SC-153, and the Doodle Trail connects Easley to the town of Pickens. The county has no sales tax on groceries beyond the state rate and property taxes are among the lower ones in the Upstate. Most of our Pickens County homes are in and around Easley, Liberty, Pickens and Six Mile.

Every home we sell in Pickens County is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property. The price you see on a listing is the full price with the lot, foundation, utilities and yard. See how financing works or browse every home we have for sale.
