New homes for sale in Powdersville, SC
Brand-new Cavco homes on permanent foundations, land included. Cash, bank financing or owner financing.
Why Powdersville
Powdersville is an unincorporated community in northern Anderson County where SC-153 meets US-123 and I-85, about 15 minutes from downtown Greenville and 15 from Easley. It is one of the fastest growing places in the Upstate for one reason: Greenville jobs with Anderson County taxes and Anderson School District 1, which includes Powdersville High School, Powdersville Middle and the Wren schools. Shopping and restaurants have followed along SC-153 and Hurricane Creek Road, and Prisma Health has a campus on the corridor. Michelin, Bosch and the I-85 industrial parks are a short drive. Most new subdivisions in Powdersville are priced above our range, so our homes are on the half-acre and larger lots along Hurricane Creek Road, Three Bridges Road, Old Pendleton Road and toward Piedmont and Wren. From those lots I-85 exit 40 is 5 to 10 minutes and the Saluda River is at the end of the road.
Every home we sell in Powdersville is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property. The price you see on a listing is the full price with the lot, foundation, utilities and yard. See how financing works or browse every home we have for sale.
