Why Taylors
Taylors is an unincorporated community on the north side of Greenville between the city and Greer, strung along Wade Hampton Boulevard (US-29). It is one of the most convenient places in the county: downtown Greenville is 10 to 15 minutes, GSP airport and BMW are 15 minutes on the other side, and Paris Mountain State Park is next door. Taylors Mill, the old textile mill turned into restaurants, breweries and studios, is the local gathering spot. Eastside High School and Wade Hampton High School split the area, both in Greenville County Schools, with Brushy Creek, Taylors and Paris elementary schools nearby. Lake Robinson is 15 minutes north for fishing and kayaking. Most of Taylors was built out decades ago, so new homes are rare. We build on infill lots and on the north edge toward Lake Robinson and Tigerville, where lots are still a half acre or more and prices stay in our range.
