Why Seneca

Seneca is the largest city in Oconee County and the shopping and medical center for the lake country. Ram Cat Alley downtown has restaurants and live music, Prisma Health Oconee Memorial Hospital is on the north side, and the retail strip along US-123 and SC-28 Bypass has most of what you need. Lake Keowee is minutes north, Lake Hartwell minutes south, and Clemson University is 10 minutes east on US-123. Employers include Duke Energy’s Oconee Nuclear Station, BorgWarner, Schneider Electric, Itron, the hospital and Clemson. Seneca is in the School District of Oconee County, with Seneca High School and the Seneca middle and elementary schools. The commute to Greenville is about 50 minutes, to Anderson 30. Lots near Seneca cost less than anywhere near Greenville, and we build on half-acre to one-acre sites along SC-130, SC-59, Wells Highway and the roads toward Walhalla and Westminster. Keowee and Hartwell public ramps are 10 to 15 minutes from most of them.

Every home we sell in Seneca is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property.
