Building in Union County

Union County is the quiet southeast corner of the Upstate, south of Spartanburg on SC-176 and US-176. The city of Union has the courthouse, a USC Union campus and a walkable Main Street; Jonesville and Buffalo are the old mill towns; Carlisle and Lockhart sit along the Broad River. More than a third of the county is the Enoree District of Sumter National Forest, so there is hunting, fishing and trail riding close to any lot. Employers include Gestamp, Timken, the Dollar General distribution center in Jonesville and the schools and hospital in Union. Union County School District covers the whole county with one high school. Land is the least expensive in our service area, which lets us sell new homes here at our lowest prices. The drive to downtown Spartanburg is about 30 minutes on SC-176, and Greenville is about an hour. Rose Hill Plantation State Historic Site and the Broad River are the local landmarks.

Every home we sell in Union County is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property. The price you see on a listing is the full price with the lot, foundation, utilities and yard. See how financing works or browse every home we have for sale.
