New homes for sale in Easley, SC

Brand-new Cavco homes on permanent foundations, land included. Cash, bank financing or owner financing.

Why Easley

Easley is the largest city in Pickens County and the closest Pickens County city to Greenville, 15 miles west on US-123. It has grown from a mill town into a full suburb with its own hospital, Prisma Health Baptist Easley, a renewed downtown around the old depot, and the Doodle Trail, a rails-to-trails path to the town of Pickens. Easley Combined Utilities provides water, sewer and power inside the service area, which simplifies building. Schools are the School District of Pickens County: Easley High School and the elementary and middle schools around it. Commuters take US-123 or SC-153 to I-85; downtown Greenville is 25 minutes, Clemson is 20 minutes the other way. Lots on the edges of Easley along SC-8, SC-135 and SC-93 still run a half acre to an acre at prices below Greenville County, which is why Easley is one of the places we build the most. Table Rock and Lake Keowee are each about 30 minutes.

Every home we sell in Easley is a new Cavco manufactured home set on a permanent foundation, finished on site and titled with the land as real property. The price you see on a listing is the full price with the lot, foundation, utilities and yard. See how financing works or browse every home we have for sale.
